ShimmerCoat Arrives, Dazzles Industry

Creative landscape designers are celebrating the arrival of ShimmerCoat, a series of paint finishes that sparkle and dance in direct light. ShimmerCoat contains a high concentration of reflective metallic flake, a component that adds a "shimmering" quality to any of our ABC or Lechuza plant containers. The degree to which ShimmerCoat sparkles is tastefully proportionate to the amount of light shining directly on the container itself. Subsequently, areas with dimmer lighting will illicit a subtle, more tasteful level of glitter. In turn, areas with bold, sharp lighting will unleash the full power of this magnificent container finish.

Available in seven remarkable colors, ShimmerCoat offers a finish for every taste. Sapphire and Emerald will appeal to those seeking rich, dark colors, while Seafoam boasts an aquamarine quality. Cinnamon stands alone as a fiery, rust-colored option. Rounding out the collection are Brite Copper, Metallic Bronze, and Vintage Gold, all of which capture the true beauty of the precious metal that gives them their namesakes.

Also noteworthy are two new (non-ShimmerCoat) colors, Cobalt Blue and Buttercream. Both colors are available throughout the ABC and Lechuza container lines.
